CreativeSkill Apparels Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a talented, skilled, and experienced Embroidery Digitizer to join our growing team! If you have strong technical knowledge, a good eye for detail, and experience creating high-quality embroidery files, we would love to hear from you! ??

Position: Embroidery Digitizer
Experience: 4–15 Years
Location: Nagpur
Job Type: Full-Time
Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality embroidery digitizing files as per client specifications
• Work on logos, patches, appliqué, and various embroidery designs
• Select appropriate stitch types, density, underlay, sequencing, and pull compensation
• Ensure designs are production-ready and meet quality standards
• Review and correct embroidery files based on quality feedback
• Handle revisions and modifications as per client requirements
• Maintain accuracy while achieving daily production targets
• Coordinate with the production and quality teams when required
• Troubleshoot digitizing-related issues and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain consistency in quality, productivity, and turnaround time

Required Skills & Software Knowledge:

• Strong hands-on experience in Wilcom
• Knowledge and experience in Coloreel Digitizing
• Experience with Pulse Embroidery Software/Application
• Strong understanding of embroidery digitizing techniques
• Good knowledge of different patch types, fabrics, and embroidery requirements
• Understanding of stitch types, density, underlay, sequencing, and compensation
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good problem-solving and technical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to meet deadlines and production targets
